Current Job Openings for the 2025-2026 School Year


*Part-Time Art & Music Teacher (4 Days per Week)
Saint Joseph School, a vibrant and faith-filled Catholic school serving PreK3 through Grade 8 students, seeks a passionate and creative Art & Music Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This part-time position (4 days per week) offers the opportunity to inspire young minds through the beauty of artistic expression and the joy of music while integrating faith into the creative experience.
Position Overview: The Art & Music Teacher will provide engaging instruction in both disciplines:
🎨 Art – PreK3 through Grade 8
🎵 Music – PreK3 through Grade 5

This position also includes responsibility for the annual Christmas Concert and the Spring Art Show, highlighting the talents of our students and fostering a love for the fine arts within our school community. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in art and music
  • Foster creativity, self-expression, and confidence in all students
  • Incorporate Catholic values and teachings into the curriculum
  • Direct and prepare students for the Christmas Concert
  • Organize and showcase student artwork for the Spring Art Show
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to support school-wide initiatives
  • Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Music, Education, or a related field
  • Teaching experience in art and/or music is preferred
  • Familiarity with Catholic education and a willingness to integrate faith into lessons
  • Strong organizational, communication skills, and classroom management 
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their artistic and musical growth

*Part-Time Physical Education Teacher (One Day Per Week)
St. Joseph School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join our team one day per week. This position serves students in PreK-3 through Grade 8, fostering a love for physical activity, teamwork, and lifelong fitness.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate PE lessons for PreK-3 through Grade 8 students.
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits through structured activities.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student well-being and physical development.
  • Uphold the mission and values of St. Joseph School.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in physical education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or coaching setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
This is a one-day-a-week position, ideal for an educator looking to share their passion for physical education in a supportive, faith-filled school community.
