Financial Assistance
All tuition assistance is to be based on economic need as determined through FACTS Tuition Management. There are two ways to obtain tuition assistance. The first being through the Diocesan Frances Warde Fund and the second, through your parish fund. All parents seeking tuition assistance must complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application online at the link below beginning mid-January for the following school year. All online applications must be completed by the Friday, February 17, 2023. Please note, forms not sent in by the specified date may not be granted. Diocesan financial aid is not awarded until late Spring.
Any individual applying for tuition assistance through the FACTS program will be applying for both parish and the Francis Warde Fund. St. Joseph parishioners must be contributing to the budget system on a weekly basis as proof of attendance at Mass in order to receive parish assistance. Catholic non-parishioners should apply through their own parish for tuition assistance, but may also complete the FACTS form for the Frances Warde Fund. For additional details and specific terms and conditions, consult the Family Handbook and/or call the Business Office (401) 821.3450.
